Peer/Self-Help - Substance Use
The Oxford Peer Support/Self Help Program offers one-to-one and group services to individuals who have an expressed need for support for mental health and/or addictions-related challenges. The Peer Support Worker can assist the individual (peer) to identify their own wellness needs and support them to move towards an individual sense of wellbeing.
Individuals can self-refer. Call or reach out online. Professional referrals are also accepted and can be submitted online. See website for seasonal program guide.
