Program Description

The Peer Support Program offers one-to-one and group services to individuals who have an expressed need for support for mental health and/or addictions-related challenges. The Peer Support Worker can assist the individual (peer) to identify their own wellness needs and support them to move towards an individual sense of wellbeing.
