Outpatient Clinic - Mental Health

Program Description

This program serves children and youth presenting with mental health concerns (s). A direct, one-time consultation with a mental health specialist that can help to provide diagnostic clarification, treatment recommendations, medication review, assist in managing safety risk, etc.

Consultations are offered via video conferencing (OTN / Zoom Healthcare).

Access Information

Child/youth must be referred by a case manager. A case manager can be any publicly funded child youth mental health provider working with children and youth (i.e., family health teams, youth hubs, school boards, friendship centres, etc.).

Referring case manager must complete a TMHS Referral Package and send it to the Coordinating Agency dedicated to servicing their community. For referral forms and to find your coordinating agency, please visit TMHS Webpage.
