Program Description

Youth Hub Networks provide Integrated Youth Services (IYS) to support the well-being of young people.

Services include:
- mental health and substance use counselling
- family involvement and support
- youth justice services
- other primary health care services
- dental services
- employment, education and training supports
- system navigation
- community and social supports to improve overall wellness

Youth Wellness Hubs also provide skills and well-being activities, such as workshops, health and leisure activities, cultural programming, special events, and drop-in time.
