Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

Offers long-term housing for individuals requiring access to enhanced health and housing supports to maintain independence. Services are recovery-oriented and include access to mental health nursing services, addiction, peer support, social work and food security.

Access Information

Anyone can make a referral. Expressions of interest are accepted directly via Indwell's coordinated system, call or see website. We work in partnership with municipalities and local health authorities, and individuals will be supported in accessing municipal wait lists.
