Program Description

The Aftercare program consists of using the principles of "Walking the Red Road" which bridges community members to work with staff for a transitional sobriety plan.

Access Information

Self-referrals are accepted.

It is preferred that the individual either completes the Day Treatment Program at this organization or other treatment programs at other organizations.
