Program Description

The outpatient service assists teens with diagnoses of depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, substance use as well as behavioral addictions. The process is generally explored through individual and/or family sessions, usually on a weekly basis. There is a component of psycho-education for both the youth and family, if agreed upon by youth and family. The approach focuses on exploring solutions, identifying available resources, and developing new approaches to coping with emotions, thoughts, and social situations.
