Peer/Self-Help - Mental Health

Program Description

Offers supports and services for transgender and gender diverse people.

One to one Peer Support services provide assistance in the following areas; reducing Isolation and/or self-isolating behaviour, developing wellness tools/strategies, assistance with accessing supportive communities, exploring gender identity, development of resources for navigating and accessing Health Care, and information and strategies to assist with transitioning.
