Program Description

Drop-in, outreach, and individual peer support available to people living with serious mental illness and addiction. Peer Support Workers provide supportive and emotional counselling, goal setting, harm reduction, and system navigation. SMART Recovery and Mood Menders social group are also offered on a drop-in basis.

Access Information

Anyone can attend for drop-in support. Ongoing peer support accepts referrals for clients already receiving services in another CMHA Hamilton program, or from probation in partnership with the Ministry of the Solicitor General. See website, call, or email for more information.
