Program Description

The ANCHOR program supports people experiencing mental health and/or substance related crisis. Services are delivered in person by a mobile team who will assess an individual's needs, connect to services that can provide immediate supports and refer individuals to post-crisis response workers for follow-up support and care.

The ANCHOR program is not intended to respond to situations where threats of violence or use of weapons are present or likely to occur. For these situations, please call 911.

Anyone can refer including self-referrals. Call for services.
