Program Description

Provides support to newcomers who are settling into Canada and are experiencing stress and/or challenges with any mental health concerns or issues. The programs embraces the fundamental principles of anti-oppression, anti-racism as well as trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches when delivering services.

Self referrals are accepted as well as referrals from health professionals, and community organizations.
