Program Description

Low-barrier health care services offered to individuals who do not have access to a family doctor. Services include ongoing primary care, counselling, select form assistance, connection to supports, harm reduction supplies, preventative care screening, and referrals.

Access Information

Individuals can self-refer. Drop-in available at community locations across the Niagara region. See website calendar for times and locations, or call for more information. No health card or appointment required.
