Counselling and Treatment - Mental Health
An 8-session, goal-oriented counselling approach designed to help individuals and families address specific challenges and achieve meaningful change. This targeted program offers structured support to identify priorities, build on strengths and develop practical strategies for personal, relational and family success.
Anyone can begin a referral (i.e., child, parent, family member, teacher, doctor, FCS worker etc.) by calling to book with the Pathway Navigator.
Please note, in certain cases of custody/access arrangements (i.e., joint or unspecified custody) consent by both biological parents, or a proof of sole custody will be required. All Phoenix Centre programs are a voluntary service.
