Counselling and Treatment - Mental Health
A family therapy-based program that strengthens relationships, enhances communication, and fosters resilience within families. Using evidence-informed therapeutic approaches, the program supports families in navigating challenges, resolving conflicts, and building deeper connections. Bridging Connections provides a safe and collaborative space for families to grow together and create lasting, positive change.
Anyone can begin a referral (i.e., child, parent, family member, teacher, doctor, FCS worker etc.) by calling to book with the Pathway Navigator.
Please note, in certain cases of custody/access arrangements (i.e., joint or unspecified custody) consent by both biological parents, or a proof of sole custody will be required. All Phoenix Centre programs are a voluntary service.
