This program offers a timely response to individuals who may be overwhelmed by their circumstances or feeling that they are unable to cope.

Access Information

Individuals can self-refer.
Call during operating hours for services, or walk in to Huron Shores Family Health Team or Employment Solutions office during service hours.

Hospitals and primary care referrals are also accepted.
