Program Description

Integrated Care Hub (ICH) provides services to vulnerable individuals, including those experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and those who use substances. Core services offered by the ICH include the Access and Support Centre and, Rest Zone. Meals and showers are available to clients accessing this service.

Services available at the ICH are delivered by a group of community partners who work together to provide collaborative, integrated care.
