Program Description

Opportunity House is home to 7 individuals and provides a safe, secure, home-like environment. With 24-hour staff support, residents have the ability to simply “age in place” and receive the specialized care required, up to and including, end of life palliative care, all from the comfort of their home.

- 24-hour customized supports and services
- advocacy in wellness strategies, medication compliance and personal choices
- extensive social recreational opportunities
- ease of accessibility, usability and inclusion to entire home
- designated private convalescent care/ palliative care room when required
