Thrive Medical provides outpatient addiction medicine services for individuals seeking help with substance use. We offer comprehensive assessments, medication-assisted treatment (including methadone, buprenorphine/naloxone), and support for opioid, alcohol, stimulant, cannabis use disorders, and nicotine cessation.

Access Information

Individuals can self-refer or be referred by a healthcare provider, community organization, or social service agency.

Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours, and referrals can be emailed.
