Program Description

Supportive Housing focuses on traditional housing and client support support services activities for youth 18-30 years of age. The program provides safe accommodations for youth to learn the necessary skills for independent living in a supportive environment that focuses on substance free living, and provides services to help improve integration, connectedness, and navigation of community support services in the areas of social, emotional, cultural, recreational, health and additions.

Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals.
Apply through the Dilico website and check the Supportive Housing option.
Program is for individuals age 18-30 who are substance free and able to reside in a communal setting.
