Program Description

Community Homes for Opportunity (CHO) provides individuals who have a serious mental illness with a recovery-oriented supportive housing environment. It offers 24/7 support services to maintain housing stability. Structured programs that offer activities designed to build a variety of skills and increase opportunity for social connection can be accessed through community-based agencies.

Access Information

Referrals can be made by self, family, hospital, physician, psychiatrist, mental health or health professional. Referral forms may be accessed through the website, or call the Information and Referral line. Interim supports offered through various groups and resource centre.
