Program Description

Constance House is a Live-In Treatment home serving youth who identify as female, including those who are cisgender, gender-fluid, non-binary or transitioning.

Our program provides intensive, therapeutic support in a safe and structured environment for youth experiencing complex mental health challenges. Constance House is more than just a place to live; it’s a therapeutic community where youth are supported to heal, grow, and move toward brighter futures.
