Peer/Self-Help - Mental Health
This group discusses the complexities of Adult ADHD in an interactive, supportive, and collaborative environment.
After this program, you should be able to:
- understand the wide range of Adult ADHD symptoms.
- become aware of how ADHD can impact various aspects of life.
- take proactive steps to explore non-medication approaches to managing ADHD.
- identify how ADHD medications work and how they can improve daily functioning.
- access resources that can bring positive changes to the lives of people with ADHD
Open to any parents/caregivers of children with ADHD in Canada. Diagnosis of ADHD is not required to participate.
All support groups are drop-in.
