Crisis Intervention

Program Description

The Crisis Clinic provides single session, time-limited counseling, safety planning and linkages to community and clinical resources to individuals experiencing situational crisis and needing urgent mental health care, but who are not at risk of harm to self or others or requiring hospitalization.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from:
- Emergency Department Physicians
- Primary Care providers
- Police or Mobile Crisis Response Teams
- Community Paramedicine Program
- Community Support Organizations
- Self-referral

For self-referral, please call for an appointment. Physician, police or community service providers, please fax referral form found on website.
