Counselling and Treatment - Mental Health

Program Description

Short-term, affordable therapy program for adults, youth and children, provided by registered therapists. Therapy appointments are subsidized at $50/session. Additional subsidies available if required.

Access Information

We are a self-referral center, however family members, physicians/clinics and community organizations can refer clients to us as well. nd weekly sessions in Waterdown. Participants are encouraged to do weekly readings.

Individuals can reach out to us to schedule an initial intake call, they will then be sent intake forms to fill out any may request an additional subsidy if needed. Their name will then be added to our waitlist and we will contact them once we have an appointment available.

Individuals must be a resident of Ontario, and must be willing and able to complete several surveys throughout their time to offer feedback on the program and monitor their progress. Appointments can be booked with a member of the Program Team or with their therapist. We do not offer specific support for things like eating disorders, psychotic disorders, or addictions but if individuals have external supports for those things and are looking for general therapy we may be a good fit for them.
