Program Description

Boundaries is an 8-week fully subsidized program for women to learn a practical framework for building and maintaining healthy relational boundaries. Part of this course is a book study based on the book Boundaries by Dr. Cloud & Dr. Townsend - the only cost to this program is the cost of the book, however if this cost is a barrier the program can provide a copy. The program is offered twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring.

Self-referrals are accepted.
Individuals can sign up for the waitlist through the form on the website. Once the dates have been released and registration is opened, those on the waitlist will receive a registration form. Once the registration form is received, the program will confirm their registration.
This group is open to women aged 18+ and is an in-person group, participants must be able to attend weekly sessions in Waterdown. Participants are encouraged to do weekly readings.
