Program Description

YouthCALL is the front door to mental health and well-being services for local youth.

YouthCALL offers:
- events, drop-ins and social connections
- counselling (virtually and in-person)
- skill building groups
- well-being workshops
- Discord chats about mental health
- referrals to community programs and services

Access Information

Calls are accepted from all sources including self.

Families, friends, and educators can call when they are concerned about a youth.

In-person or virtual appointments are to be booked online via the online booking portal found on the website.
