Program Description

The Virtual Care Program provides accessible, remote healthcare services for individuals experiencing Substance Use Disorder (SUD). The program offers physician-led assessment, treatment, and follow-up care through secure virtual platforms, reducing barriers to accessing timely support. This program is particularly beneficial for individuals who:
• Have work or personal commitments that make in-person appointments difficult
• Live in remote areas or outside the Recovery Care service area
• Feel uncomfortable attending in-person clinics due to stigma or privacy concerns

Virtual care appointments are available only to Ontario residents.

Access Information

Self-referrals accepted. Refer using the online contact form via the website or physicians may submit referrals through the RAAM referral form.
