Counselling and Treatment - Mental Health
Provide timely access to single sessions, which can be accessed as needed. In some cases, one or more single sessions may be enough, or a referral for further internal or external services may be made where indicated.
Sessions can be arranged by calling/texting, emailing or booking through the online booking link.
Youth can attend a Quick Access session accompanied by their caregiver, or on their own. Youth twelve years and older can self-refer, calling/texting the offices directly to book an appointment. Referrals from teachers and other professionals are also welcome, with the youths’ consent (over 12) and parents' consent (under 12).
