HART Hub Brampton is a community-based hub offering integrated mental health, addictions, primary care and housing-related supports for individuals in Brampton and surrounding areas. The HART Hubs operate using a no wrong door approach, meaning individuals can access support without an appointment, and staff will help connect them to appropriate services based on their needs. Services are free and designed to be welcoming, accessible, and client-centred.
