Program Description

Funded by the MCCSS, this program provides flexible support to adults living with a dual diagnosis (intellectual disability plus serious mental health issues). The program helps people develop life skills and community support, so they can maintain a level of independence. Model of service is psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery with a strengths based approach.
