Intensive/Day Treatment - Mental Health

Program Description

Diagnosis and treatment for individuals with severe mental illness who might otherwise be treated as inpatients. Includes day treatment for individuals diagnosed with or presenting with symptoms of serious mental illness including; mood disorders, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. Model of service is mixed medical and psychosocial education. Individual counselling and groups are available.

Referrals only accepted from community physicians, nurse practitioners or Schedule One hospitals.
Referrals sent to the central intake process for intake assessment.
