Program Description

Offers 24-hour room-and-board housing to individuals who require support in various areas such as activities of daily living (e.g. cooking, cleaning), accessing services, skills teaching, socio-recreational activities and managing their medications. Tenants also have access to a meal program.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals.
Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online.
Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
