Program Description

This program provides supportive housing to individuals with serious mental illness or concurrent disorders. Individuals must be self-sufficient and responsible for the maintenance of their health to be eligible for this program. Resource room available onsite to assist tenants with integration into the community where staff is available to assist and support residents. Target population is for individuals with a mental illness or concurrent disorder who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Self referrals accepted. Applications for housing can be obtained through client services or complete the online housing application.
