Provides counselling and support for individuals seeking help with substance use, as well as for family members and friends affected by someone else’s substance use. Services are available across the lifespan in individual and group formats and may include education, skill-building and connection to community resources such as RAAM clinics, withdrawal management.

Available to individuals of all ages seeking support related to substance use, as well as to family members and friends affected by someone’s substance use. Referrals can be made by phone, in person or by completing the online referral form through the website.
