Program Description

Peer Support Programs offer compassionate peer support from trained volunteers who have lived experience with grief and loss by death. Peer grief support is provided by peer-to peer interaction for people who have had family members and friends who have died and are grieving.
Groups are offered virtually across Ontario and in-person in Ottawa.

Access Information

Everyone is welcome to participate regardless of religion, culture, ethnicity, physical ability or gender.

Available groups are listed on the website and individuals may register online.
