Program Description

The Thrive program can support you in achieving your parenting objectives if you are pregnant or parenting children under 6, and you have used or currently use substances. Thrive is designed specifically to help you achieve the best outcomes for yourself and your child(ren).
Provide services in the home or in the hospital, help you advocate with social service agencies, and offer parenting support and education to help you meet your needs and aspirations.
