Program Description

The Northern Huron Connection Centre and Street Outreach program provide wrap around supports to individuals experiencing homelessness, those who are accessing emergency shelter, individuals who are precariously housed, or who are otherwise vulnerable by connecting them to housing, medical, financial and legal services and supports. Services and supports are administered by trained professionals and include trauma informed care, substance use, and mental health supports.
