Program Description

Provides a range of high, medium, and low support housing options, enabling clients to progress through the stages of housing as greater independence is sought and achieved. Each resident works with a primary counsellor to set their own individualized goals.

Applications can be made by the individual requesting service or by a third-party referral (family member, psychiatrist, community support, etc.)
