Crisis Intervention

Program Description

Crisis Services provides immediate intervention and mental health assessments to individuals presenting in the Emergency Department with mental health concerns or crisis. This includes providing mental health and risk assessments, clinical impressions, health teaching, collaborating with the interprofessional emergency department care team, and referral to community supports as required.
