Assertive Community Treatment Teams (ACTT)

Program Description

Services for individuals with persistent, serious, complex, and long-term mental health issues who have had prolonged hospitalizations and require intensive support to live in the community.

Access Information

Anyone can refer including self-referrals. Call Central Intake as all referrals are sent to ACT Ottawa Central Intake which is managed by the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre.
