Program Description

The Mental Health Mobile Crisis Team provides telephone and face to face triage, assessment, intervention and linking to appropriate resources for individuals with mental health issues. The Mobile Team works with hospitals' emergency departments, school boards and community agencies to provide suicide risk assessment, safety planning and referral to community services.
