Program Description

Employment Services is a job readiness/preparation service that supports persons with serious mental illness to obtain and keep competitive employment.

Access Information

This program only accepts Internal Referrals. This service is accessed by individuals with serious mental illness who identify that they want to obtain competitive employment.

A centralized Rehabilitation Services "Referral Order" will be completed. Participants will be given a comprehensive assessment to support the client in identifying current strengths as well as barriers to employment and strategies to overcome them. As well, a recovery planning meeting will be established with the clients and their significant supports (family/friends/providers etc.) to support them to reach their goals.
