Program Description

This program provides early psychosis intervention through assessment, treatment and psychoeducation for individuals, their families and caregivers. Services include case management, psychiatric assessment, treatment, group and family support.

Access Information

Call for service or complete online referral form. Program accepts referrals from self, family, family physician and other mental health providers.
