Program Description

This program provides education for healthcare workers in LTC, retirement homes, community organizations, and to community stakeholders.

Access Information

The program engages with partners across the Region for collaborative education initiatives and fostering of program linkages.

GCEP maintains linkages with the Waterloo Wellington Seniors System Coordinator and Psychogeriatric Resource Consultants (PRC) to ensure effective planning and best practice approaches in service delivery and coordinated education.
