Counselling and Treatment - Mental Health
The program provides therapy to individuals who have experienced the death of a loved one and are at risk of complex grief/trauma. Support groups, based on the type of death or the type of relationship to the deceased person, offer support and education regarding the grieving process, and provide information for healthy coping strategies.
Referrals accepted from all sources including self, family, and service providers. Call to speak with a Coordinated Access worker, fax or fill out the online referral form.
Adults who have experienced a recent loss through death are eligible for this program.
