The Adult Treatment program offers community-based counselling for addiction treatment services for adults. Services include: screening, assessment, treatment planning, individual counselling, group counselling, an intensive treatment program, referral and follow-up. The program incorporates harm reduction and abstinence approach, and treatment is based upon the individual's needs.

The Family and Parent program offers community-based counselling for family members of substance using individuals or those with problem gambling issues. Counselling services include a 6 session group educational model that also provides counselling and the option of a four day educational program followed by weekly counselling groups and individual counselling. Services include: screening, assessment, treatment planning, referral, follow-up, and aftercare.

Offers prevention, education and treatment services to address problem gambling. Helps people increase their understanding of the nature of gambling to see how it has affected their lives and the lives of others. Helps people to set goals, and learn the skills to support the change they are seeking.

Services include: screening, assessment, treatment planning, individual counselling, group counselling, referral and follow-up. Community-based counselling for addiction treatment services to young adults at all schools within the Ottawa Carleton District School Board (OCDSB). Rideauwood Prevention Education Program (RPEP) is offered to all grade 7 & 8 classes in the OCDSB. Services include: screening, assessment, treatment planning, individual counselling, referral and follow-up. The program incorporates a harm reduction and abstinence approach and treatment is based upon individual needs.

This program is intended to engage youth and young adults who are using substances and/or are in crisis due to substance use and in need of urgent care. Services include: Smart Recovery for Youth; 1-1 counselling; and parent and young adult educational and support group.

For young adults who are experiencing issues with substance use, technology use or other addictive behaviours. This psychoeducational group includes themes of mindfulness, coping with cravings, and goal-setting. Programming offered three times per year. Alumni from this program have access to the alumni group which meets monthly.
