This is intensive day treatment program for men who live with substance use. It is a harm reduction model approach to treatment. The program focus will be two-fold: Motivational Enhancement and Relapse Prevention. One goal of the program will be to assist the participants to connect with their communities through personal goals associated with work (volunteer, part-time, or full-time) and education (upgrade, completion of post-secondary). This coincides with work on their health and wellness. Men in the program will have access to one-on-one support of a counselor and complete group work daily.

Aftercare meeting for men. The purpose is to enhance recovery and decrease the chance of relapse.

Individual sessions held to create and monitor service plan, and make referrals. Mandatory daily group sessions in the morning and afternoons during the week. Two recreation periods weekly (curling/baseball, walks, and volleyball). Chores/housekeeping assigned on rotation basis at the weekly House Meeting. Service plans devised on individual basis up to six months.

This program provides accommodations to men who have completed the Level 1 program at this organization. Consideration can be made for those being referred from other bed-based treatment programs. The purpose is to assist men in recovery by offering an affordable, abstinent-based, cooperative and empowering environment. This program is located near the Level One program location, for support.

The HER Program (Harmonizing and Enhancing your Recovery) is an intensive live-in program, it includes advanced sessions encouraging women to embrace who they are, increase self-awareness, facilitate action and generate higher levels of self-esteem and self-love.

This is a structured indigenous relapse-prevention refresher course, with emphasis on building self-esteem. The program utilizes experiential therapy, including hands-on work such as song, dance, art, drumming. 24 hour access to support. Individuals living in Sudbury can access the program during the day and those who live out of town can access the residential beds.

This is a structured program which begins with one week of pre-treatment along with biopsychosocial and cognitive-behavioural therapy. Clients must attend all programming. A variety of choices are available: Women For Sobriety; AA; NA. Traditional indigenous teachings are provided. A variety of educational sessions are offered, including drug/ alcohol education, nutrition and self-esteem. Pre and post treatment support offered by a Care Navigator.

This program is designed for pregnant women, mothers, or fathers with children under the age of six. All Pregnancy/Parenting Outreach Program clients are assessed and involved in the treatment planning process. Staff provide counselling and referrals in the client's home.

Case Management for pregnant or parenting (children under the age of six) women or men provided on both an individual and occasional group basis.

This is an aftercare program for women who have completed a treatment program. Women may choose among two aftercare groups, according to their schedules. A life skills group is offered once a week. Women may also access one-on-one counselling.

This program provides housing in an alcohol/drug-free setting for women who have completed treatment but require additional support. This is rent geared-to-income housing. Residents sign a contract regarding their recovery plan. The program offers individual and group counselling, life skills programs and relapse prevention planning. There are two 4-bedroom apartments, with shared kitchen and living room areas. Residents must do own cooking and cleaning, attend school, work or do volunteer work in community. There is no weekend or night staffing, on-call staff is available if needed.
