The case management program offers supports to adults living with chronic and severe mental health concerns. Providing assistance with health services, including physical, medical and emotional health and education, everyday living including housing self-care, nutrition and meal preparation, education and training, and family support through education, training, supports, and interaction.

The Mental Health Program provides counselling services to persons who may be experiencing difficulties in areas of emotional/mental health. We provide individual, couple, group, or family counselling, grief and loss counselling; will arrange psychiatric consults, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, assessments, referral services, advocacy/support, and grief/loss.

Individuals are assigned an addiction worker. Counselling is offered in a combination of individual and group sessions. Treatment sessions are provided as needed.

Individual, group, family and couples counselling is available through this program, as well as assessments and referral services. Treatment is client centered.

Family members/significant others are accepted as primary clients. Treatment sessions are provided as needed.

Mental health and substance use counselling for individuals. Group educational sessions on various mental health and substance use issues. Telepsychiatry consultations are available upon referral.
