This program offers services to individuals using opiates, pregnant women, and women in a parenting role.
Following the assessment process, the Indigenous Opiate Counsellor can provide case management services to the targeted population, provide individual counselling to clients, educational/motivational groups to the targeted population, and refer clients to appropriate services.

The program provides specialized, evidence-based, bilingual services to youth living with complex substance use, mental health, and physical health conditions to help clients and their families optimize their health and well-being.
The service is provided both in-person and virtually by an interdisciplinary team that offers a comprehensive, integrated program, including stabilization, assessment, individual/group treatment, and collaborative care with rural community partners. (abstinence is not required)
