Sexual Assault Services provides individual and group support to women who have passed through the immediate crisis phase and who require follow-up to resume their previous level of functioning.

This program offers: assessments, individual and group addiction counselling, relapse prevention support, guided self-change, family intervention, and follow-up to services and referrals.
Focus: Problem Gambling
This program offers problem gambling services to youth, adults and families.
Services include: comprehensive assessment, individual counselling, relapse prevention, supportive follow-up with emphasis on maintaining behaviour change, support and counselling for family members and/or significant others, educational groups, internal credit counselling referral, and consultation with other service providers.
Specialized treatment for people with developmental disabilities is also provided.

Counsellor and client work together to develop contract. Family intervention and follow-up to services and referrals also offered.

This program offers information and support to families and friends of individuals affected by substance use, through individual and group counselling, family intervention, and follow-up to services and referrals.

The program uses culturally-appropriate tools and programs, such as Redpath (therapeutic group using traditional teachings). Outreach to First Nations reserves.

Improve health and social outcomes of pregnant or parenting women with opioid use disorder and their children.
Referrals to opioid use disorder treatment (day or residential treatment; methadone, buprenorphine).
Partners may participate in this program if they are co-parenting.

The Men’s Sexual Abuse Services provides individual and group support to men who have experienced sexual abuse.
Our counsellors provide a safe environment for men who wish to reclaim themselves from victim to survivor and move their lives on to the future.

The Walk-In / Call-In Clinic provides single-session therapy for individuals on an as-needed basis. We offer referral and support using brief solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing to individuals struggling with the following issues and concerns:
- personal or job stress
- relationship issues
- anger management
- separation and divorce
- balancing work and family
- difficulty coping
- anxiety and depression
- trauma
- grief and loss
- woman abuse/intimate partner violence, domestic violence
- symptom management of serious mental illness
