Kids and youth today are facing the increased stresses of this fast paced society, with unprecedented pressure not just from peers, but through social media. If you feel that this is something your child is struggling with, you are not alone - and there is hope! As they say “it takes a village to raise a child”. Through providing wraparound support to youth, as well as their parents, caregivers and adult allies, we can work together to assist the youth to reach their potential and become the adults they’re promising to be.

The Walk-In program provides single session counselling for individuals, couples or families. The focus of your single session will be on creating a short-term plan that will make a difference for you right away, using the strengths, resources, and supports you have right now. Your single session can also be used for a consultation or for system navigation. We help with concerns that could benefit from quick access to counselling, such as: - Depression, anxiety, anger stress - Family communication - Grief and bereavement - Couple relationships - Parenting concerns - Healthy boundaries and choices
